ZOLEO Confirms Roadpost Acquisition of Beam’s Stake; ZOLEO Now Fully Owned by Roadpost

Toronto, Canada, February 12, 2026 — ZOLEO confirms that Roadpost Inc. has completed the acquisition of Beam Communications Pty Ltd.’s interest in ZOLEO Inc., and that ZOLEO is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Roadpost, effective January 23, 2026.

This acquisition follows an arbitration process whereby Beam was found in material breach of its joint venture obligations and ordered to sell its ZOLEO shares to Roadpost. ZOLEO’s operations, customer support and retail distribution remain uninterrupted. Roadpost and ZOLEO will continue to invest in product development and global distribution to support customers who rely on ZOLEO for dependable off-grid messaging and emergency alerting.

Spelean Pty Ltd. has served as Master Distributor Partner for Australia and New Zealand since September 2025, and will continue in that role.
