Shipping, Returns and Refunds

1. Shipping

ZOLEO currently ships only to the following countries based on the address you provide at checkout:

  • Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Ireland, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Spain and Portugal.

Delivery timelines may vary between 2-7 days depending on your location. For your protection, transportation carriers are restricted from rerouting packages to other addresses.

Free ground shipping is usually included on all purchases for orders with a total value of £15 or greater in the UK, or 15€ or greater in continental Europe. Some countries may incur shipping fees and the shipping rate for these countries will be calculated at checkout.

2. Returns and Refunds

Purchases made on ZOLEO.com may be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund. Product returns must be unused, not activated and in their original packaging including any parts or accessories. Product returns that have been damaged, used, or missing accessories may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds should be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

ZOLEO products purchased at another retailer should be returned to the original point of purchase. Return policies and restocking fees may vary for each retailer. Please contact them for more details.
