What is the policy for a warranty repair/claim?
Claims are simple and stress-free, simply complete this form and click submit. If your ZOLEO communicator is within the 2-Year Limited Warranty, we'll repair or replace it at no cost for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your claim relates to a battery issue, you may be eligible for our Limited Lifetime Device Warranty, which covers battery-related issues on ZOLEO communicators beyond the standard 2 years, provided your account is on an active or paused plan and has maintained 12 consecutive months of qualifying tenure. Approved battery claims may result in a replacement device with a new or reconditioned battery. Devices outside warranty, or not qualifying for the Limited Lifetime Device Warranty, can still be replaced at a reduced cost with a refurbished unit. Once you submit your claim, a ZOLEO team member will contact you within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
