ZOLEO Referral Program Terms and Conditions:
By participating in the ZOLEO Referral Program, both referrers and referred new customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ZOLEO reserves the right to interpret these terms, handle disputes, and make decisions on eligibility and reward issuance at its sole discretion.
The ZOLEO Referral Program is open to all existing ZOLEO customers who have an active and valid subscription AND reside in one of the countries listed in the next paragraph.
The ZOLEO Referral Program is exclusively open to customers residing in the following countries:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden
- Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
New customers must be individuals who have not previously subscribed to ZOLEO's services.
Ambassadors are excluded from the program.
Existing customers (referrers) will receive a reward of £25/€25 credit added to their ZOLEO account for each successfully referred new customer who completes the sign-up process and activates a paid ZOLEO subscription.
Referrers can earn up to a maximum of £250/€250 credit per calendar year through successful referrals.
New Customer Incentives:
The referred new customers will receive a one-time benefit of free activation and one month of free service upon successfully subscribing to a ZOLEO plan.
Existing customers can refer friends, family, or acquaintances to ZOLEO using their unique code provided by ZOLEO.
To receive the unique referral code, the referrer must complete the referral form available on https://www.zoleo.com/referral-program
The unique referral code will be provided to the referrer via email.
The referred new customer must sign up for a ZOLEO subscription using the referral code during the registration process to be considered a successful referral.
Referrals made through any other method will not be eligible for the referral program
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred customer must be a first-time ZOLEO subscriber.
The referred customer's subscription must be active and in good standing for a minimum of 15 days to be considered a successful referral.
The referral reward of £25/€25 will be credited to the referrer's ZOLEO account within 30 days of the referred new customer successfully activating their paid subscription.
The maximum annual reward of £250/€250 can be earned by the referrer based on the calendar year from January 1st to December 31st.
The referred new customer will receive their one-time benefit of free activation and one month of free service once their subscription is successfully activated.
ZOLEO reserves the right to disqualify any referrals deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms and conditions.
Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to, creating fake accounts, misusing the referral program, or engaging in any behaviour that artificially inflates referrals.
Program Changes and Termination:
ZOLEO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes or updates to the Program will be communicated to existing customers through email or other official communication channels.
Data Privacy and Consent:
By participating in the Referral Program, both the referrer and the referred customer consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of the Program.
