Satellite Messages Included: Your monthly message allowance covers incoming and outgoing satellite SMS, email, app-to-app messages, check-ins, weather updates, and Medical Assist. SOS messages are included and never count toward your allowance. The Prepare plan also includes usage alerts to help you monitor and manage your monthly usage.
Pause: A low-cost way to keep your account on hold when your device is not in use, available after your initial 3-month term. Your account stays active, and you keep your ZOLEO SMS number and email address. While paused, you cannot send messages, check-ins, or SOS alerts. App-to-app messaging over Wi-Fi or cellular remains available. You can resume service online anytime with no activation fee.

NOTICE: Active subscription required. Satellite communication requires a clear view of the sky. Some jurisdictions regulate or prohibit the use, possession, or activation of satellite communication devices. Users are responsible for knowing and complying with applicable laws and restrictions.
ZOLEO Plan Details
- A €24.99 activation fee applies when you activate a ZOLEO monthly service plan.
- All service plans have a minimum 3-month term. An early cancellation fee equal to the amount due for your remaining term applies to plans cancelled during the initial 3-month term. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your ZOLEO SMS number, ZOLEO email address, online account, and historical data.
- After the initial 3-month term, your plan auto-renews month-to-month until paused or cancelled.
- All prices are shown in the local currency for your region.
- Your monthly message allotment includes incoming and outgoing satellite emails, app-to-app messages, SMS, check-ins, and weather forecasts. Additional message charges apply to incoming and outgoing messages that exceed your monthly allotment.
- Check-in messages count toward your monthly message allotment. If your plan has messaging limits, overage charges may apply.
- SOS messages are included in all service plans and do not count toward your monthly message allotment.
- You can change your plan online at any time; monthly fees and included messages will be adjusted proportionally for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Your ZOLEO service plan includes a dedicated ZOLEO SMS number and ZOLEO email address assigned to your ZOLEO device.
- After your initial 3-month term, you can pause your service plan for €4.50/month when not in use. While paused, your account remains active and retains your ZOLEO SMS number and ZOLEO email address, but your device cannot send messages, including SOS messages. You can resume your plan online any time with NO activation fee. Pauses are limited to once per monthly bill cycle.
- Location Share+ is an optional add-on subscription that includes unlimited location share messages, subject to the Fair Use Policy. The add-on can be activated or cancelled at any time. No proration applies if cancelled before the end of your billing cycle.
- Optional top-up message bundles can be purchased when you need additional messages. Top-up bundles do not automatically renew and expire at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
- Messages sent over cellular and Wi-Fi use data similar to other messaging applications. Data charges are your responsibility and are not included in your monthly ZOLEO service plan. Usage is subject to the Fair Use Policy.
- A Fair Use Policy applies to all service plans with unlimited messaging and to the Location Share+ add-on. ZOLEO is intended primarily for safety use and timely communication with critical contacts. If your usage grossly exceeds typical customer usage, ZOLEO may pause or terminate your service, limit usage, or move you to a plan without unlimited usage. See our Fair Use Policy and Device Sharing terms for details.
- You can use your ZOLEO device anywhere network coverage is available, subject to any applicable export laws, local laws, licensing requirements, and regulations.
- ZOLEO currently accepts selected credit cards, debit cards, and other payment types with billing addresses in Canada, the United States and its territories, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). Additional countries may be added over time.
