1. General Terms

No purchase necessary. Each Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the participating countries. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the ZOLEO Privacy Policy https://www.zoleo.com/privacy-policy. Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. ZOLEO Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any Giveaway at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is offered to all eligible ZOLEO customers by ZOLEO Inc., at 7A Taymall Ave, Etobicoke, ON, Canada. Only one entry per ZOLEO account.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Attend a live Campfire Chats session hosted by ZOLEO Inc. and you’ll be entered into the giveaway for that session!
• Be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and a legal resident of a country where ZOLEO services are offered. 

The winner may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question, in jurisdictions that require it.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of ZOLEO Inc., or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, or where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Method

Eligible participants are automatically entered by attending the live Campfire Chats session during the published Entry Period using their registered name and valid email address. Only one (1) entry per person per session. Entries submitted on behalf of another individual or multiple entries by the same person are void.

4. Prize Distribution

Prizes will vary by session and are described in the Session-Specific Details section below. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any equivalent. ZOLEO Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Where applicable, physical prizes (e.g., ZOLEO Swag Packs or gear items) will be shipped by mail to the winners’ provided addresses. Shipping times may vary by region, and ZOLEO is not responsible for customs duties or import fees.

Winners are selected by random draw on or about the date indicated in the Session-Specific Details section below. Winners will be notified by email using the address associated with their event registration. Each winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible attendees in each session.

6. Regional Requirements

Canada: In compliance with Canadian law, Canadian winners must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize. 

Regional Terminology: This Giveaway may be referred to differently based on local regulations and legal definitions. While ZOLEO will consistently use the term 'Giveaway' in global marketing materials and communications, some regions may classify or describe it as: 

• 'Promotional contest' – Canada 
• 'Sweepstakes' – United States 
• 'Free draw' – United Kingdom 
• 'Prize draw' – Select EMEA countries 
• 'Trade promotion lottery' – Australia 
• 'Prize competition' – New Zealand 

This acknowledgment does not imply that different terms will be used in ZOLEO's communications or materials but reflects our understanding of local regulatory terminology.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of each participating country and is void where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release ZOLEO Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, damages, or technical failures arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
