Roadpost Inc. Acquires Beam’s Stake in ZOLEO Inc., Becomes Sole Owner; Appoints Spelean as Master Distributor for Australia and New Zealand

Toronto, Canada, Sept 19, 2025 — (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Roadpost Inc. today announced that it has acquired Beam Communications Pty Ltd.’s stake in ZOLEO Inc., making ZOLEO a wholly owned subsidiary of Roadpost. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in Roadpost’s long-term strategy to accelerate the global growth of the award-winning ZOLEO brand.

As part of the transition, Roadpost has appointed Spelean Pty Ltd. as Master Distributor Partner (MDP) for Australia and New Zealand, effective immediately. Spelean will oversee sales, marketing, and distribution support in its territory, ensuring continuity for ZOLEO customers and retail partners throughout the region.
