ZOLEO Refer a Friend Program Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This ZOLEO Refer-a-Friend (‘RAF’) program is open to all existing ZOLEO subscribers ('ZOLEO Advocates') who are residents of Canada or the United States and it’s territories. Individuals referred to ZOLEO ('Friends') must be new customers and cannot have had a ZOLEO subscription in the past 24 months. Both ZOLEO Advocates and Friends must be above the age of majority in the state, province or territory where they reside, and may not be an employee of ZOLEO or its affiliates to participate.
- How to Participate: ZOLEO Advocates: Must send a link to the RAF program landing page to their Friends. This link includes the referral form that the Friends will need to fill out. Friends: Upon receiving the link, Friends should visit the RAF program landing page and fill in the referral form to provide their consent to participate in the program. Once consent is given, they will receive a coupon code via email, which can be used to activate their new ZOLEO device anytime during the Program Period.
- Rewards: ZOLEO Advocates will receive a $10 credit for each Friend who subscribes to ZOLEO and remains an active subscriber for at least 30 days. $10 credit will be applied to the Advocate’s account after each Friend activates their ZOLEO services up to a maximum of $300. Friends will receive a coupon code via email to activate their new ZOLEO device. This coupon is valid only for new account activations and must be used at the time of activation. Friends will receive a $20 credit applied to their account after their first month of active subscription within the next billing cycle. There is no limit to the number of Friends a ZOLEO Advocate can refer. However, all credits are subject to a cap of $300 per year per ZOLEO Advocate. We should add that the $10 credit will be applied to the account after the referee (friend) activates their account. We should add that the $20 referee credit will appear on next invoice, which allows us to confirm that the 24 month requirement has been met.
- General Conditions: ZOLEO reserves the right to modify or terminate the RAF program at any time without prior notice. ZOLEO Advocate accounts must be active and in good standing to be eligible receive a reward. Misuse of the program, including the referral of fictitious individuals, may result in disqualification from the program and potential legal action which shall be determined at ZOLEO’s sole discretion.
- Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the program and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary for the program’s administration and in accordance with ZOLEO’s privacy policy at https://www.zoleo.com/privacy-policy.
