How to Make A Return:
- Please fill out the form details
- You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.
- Once return request is validated, ZOLEO Customer Support will issue a return label to your shipping address.
- Place and secure return label to package.
- Drop off Item to your local courier.
- Once items are received, ZOLEO Customer Support will issue a refund based on your respective payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once refund has been processed.
