1. General Terms

No purchase necessary. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the participating countries. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and to comply with the ZOLEO Privacy Policy. Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Details available at https://www.zoleo.com/privacy-policy. ZOLEO Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at its sole discretion. 

2. Giveaway Overview

The ZOLEO Campfire Chats Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) provides eligible attendees of the ZOLEO Campfire Chats webinar session on October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM (MT), with the chance to win one (1) of three (3) prize packages consisting of a Backpacking Light Unlimited Membership and a ZOLEO Swag Pack (see Section 6 for details).

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is offered to all eligible individuals who attend the live Campfire Chats session hosted by ZOLEO Inc., at 7A Taymall Ave, Etobicoke, ON, Canada. Only one entry per person.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Attend the live Campfire Chats session on October 23, 2025. 
• Be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and a legal resident of a country where ZOLEO services are offered. 

The winner may be required to correctly answer a skill-testing question, in jurisdictions that require it.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of ZOLEO Inc., or any of its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household, or where prohibited by law.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM (MT) and ends at the conclusion of the live Campfire Chats webinar (the “Entry Period”). All eligible attendees who join the live Campfire Chats session during the Entry Period using their registered name and valid email address will be automatically entered into the random draw. 

All times are listed in Mountain Time (MT). Participants outside Mountain Time are responsible for adjusting to their local time zones. 

5. How to Enter

Eligible participants will be automatically entered into the Giveaway by attending the live Campfire Chats session on October 23, 2025.

All eligible attendees who join the live session using their registered name and valid email address will receive one (1) entry.

Entries submitted on behalf of another individual or for multiple attendees by the same person are void. 

6. Prize Details

Three (3) winners will each receive the following prize package:

• One (1) Backpacking Light Unlimited Membership — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $195†.
• One (1) ZOLEO Swag Pack — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $40†.

Approximate retail value per prize package: USD $235†. 

Total ARV for all prizes combined: USD $705†. 

The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent. ZOLEO reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners will receive a membership code or activation link directly from ZOLEO Inc. or Backpacking Light with instructions for redemption. ZOLEO Swag Packs will be shipped by mail to the winners at the postal address they provide to ZOLEO Inc. following notification of their win. Shipping times may vary by region, and ZOLEO is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Memberships must be activated within twelve (12) months of award notification; any unredeemed portion after that time will be forfeited without compensation. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) winners will be selected via a random drawing conducted on or about October 27, 2025

The winners will be notified by email using the address provided at registration within three (3) business days of the drawing. Each winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. 

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

Any disputes regarding winner selection or eligibility will be resolved by ZOLEO Inc. at its sole discretion, and its decision will be final and binding. 

8. Regional Requirements

Canada: In compliance with Canadian law, each selected winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, to claim their prize.

Regional Terminology: This Giveaway may be referred to differently based on local regulations and legal definitions. While ZOLEO will consistently use the term 'Giveaway' in global marketing materials and communications, some regions may classify or describe it as: 

• 'Promotional contest' – Canada 
• 'Sweepstakes' – United States 
• 'Free draw' – United Kingdom 
• 'Prize draw' – Select EMEA countries 
• 'Trade promotion lottery' – Australia 
• 'Prize competition' – New Zealand 

This acknowledgment does not imply that different terms will be used in ZOLEO's communications or materials but reflects our understanding of local regulatory terminology.

9. English Language Clause

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of each participating country and is void where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants release ZOLEO Inc., its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, damages, or technical failures arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
